I stayed here 5 nights and appreciated it. The staff members were very friendly. The setting was particularly good, very close to the train station. I had some drinks at Bar il Ciliegio, positioned 500 metres away:)))

The room was clean and not too small, comfy bed plus had coffee n tea makin stuff. It was just fine for our needs. Staff were nice when we arrived too, helped us get settled in.
The shower curtain was too long n draped on the floor makin it wet everywhere. The room smelled a bit unpleasant, and we had some damp patches above the curtains.

This place was just a strong match for a flash visit in Norwich with reasonable price. The bed was somewhat comfortable,. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs.

Affordable Stay with a Great Location!
Conveniently located just steps from the train station! My adventure began with a charming stroll to Riverside, savoring local eateries. I appreciated the warm morning sunlight streaming in! Future guests should explore nearby cafes for a good breakfast, since onsite options are limited.

I spent a relaxing five nights here, enjoying the quiet ambiance in the evenings. I appreciated the nearby dining options, particularly the local café that served good breakfast. A gentle tip , look for nearby parking alternatives beforehand, as the hotel's parking is not available.

Friends looking for a place to crash
I had a decent stay with my friends, the staff helped us out when our room wasn't ready at check in which was a bit annoying but they were pretty friendly about it plus our room had a small kitchenette which was a nice surprise we made a few late-night snacks and hung out like back in the day
It wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly for what we got it was acceptable

Norwich's grub scene is lit! I hit up Compleat Angler for a cheeky pint and solid nosh. The hotel's proximity to shops and eateries is proper convenient. Not to mention, the price is a steal!
Unfortunately, it felt a bit dodgy with no reception and some rooms looking a tad neglected. I reckon a bit of maintenance wouldn't go amiss!
